Regulations

I. Introduction

The mission of Mediamixx 08 Eastern Europe Festival and Market is to gather at the same time the professionals from the media described below. Mediamixx 08 Eastern Europe Festival and Market is an exhibition where the professionals show their products or services in the media field and the competition where professional show their best achievement to win the prestigious Golden Umbrella Award. The objective of the Mediamixx’08 Congress is to provide a platform enabling participants to generate and maintain significant competitive advantage by providing business opportunities, promotion, education and networking.

The media who will attend Mediamixx 08 Eastern Europe Festival and Market belongs to the following fields : TV (producers, distributors, broadcasters, service providers, content providers), IT (digital content business, content producers, content services, network operators and interactive technologies for broadband and mobile, content distribution, computer and Internet technologies), Equipment (linked to the audio visual industry, mobile, information technologies), Web (Solution providers, web agencies, web developers, design developers), Radio (producers, broadcasters).

II. General Conditions

By signing this contract, the visitor or participant agrees on all the conditions set by Mediamixx Group ltd. The visitor or participant is compelled to pay all amounts due. In case of cancellation from the visitor or participant part please refer to section VI Termination.

III. Participation

You may come at Mediamixx 08 Eastern Europe Festival and Market as exhibitor or visitor. Each visitor or participant has to pay the entry fee and fill in the accreditation form.

IV. Market and Competition

The accreditation gives an access to the premises of Mediamixx 08 Eastern Europe Festival and Market. A visitor or participant applies for one type of accreditation. Each option includes specifics benefits. The accredited person can access either the Market and Festival premises or Mediamixx Congress. Some access will be restricted according to the type of accreditation chosen.

Buying accreditation will be also possible during the event at the accreditation desk.

V. Use of the Exhibition and Festival Area

The visitor or participant agrees to create business and to show his/her submissions only within Mediamixx 08 Eastern Europe International Festival and Market event and premises. The visitor or participant is responsible for himself/herself and for all the damages caused by him/her to the premises during the event.

VI. Photographs and videos

No photographs or video recording will be allowed during the exhibition and competition without Mediamixx Group ltd prior written approval. The Exhibitors and Participants permit Mediamixx Group ltd to take and broadcast photographs and video recordings of the exhibition and competition for PR purpose.

VII. Law

By attending Mediamixx 08 Eastern Europe Festival and Market, the visitor or participant agrees to the laws and rules of Mediamixx Group ltd and Bulgaria.

VIII. Payment Terms

The accreditations must be paid within 8 days after approval by Mediamixx Group ltd. If the visitor or participant fails paying the entry fee, the contract shall automatically be cancelled.

IX. Termination

Any request of a total or partial booking cancellation shall be made by the visitor or participant before Friday, May 16th 2008.

X. Cancellation of Mediamixx 08 Eastern Europe Festival and Market

If the exhibition is cancelled or stopped in case of force majeure beyond the control of Mediamixx Group ltd, Mediamixx Group ltd will decide to reimburse a part of the amount paid by the visitor or participant after deduction of the expenses and costs supported by Mediamixx Group ltd.

XI. Performance responsibility

Mediamixx Group ltd is in charge of promoting its event but is not responsible for the performance of the event.

XII. Miscellaneous

The visitor or participant is in charge of all the customs documents concerning himself/herself, the goods, the equipment he/she will bring to Mediamixx 08 Eastern Europe Festival and Market. Only Mediamixx Group ltd is allowed to produce guides regarding Mediamixx 08 Eastern Europe Festival and Market. The visitor or participant will be responsible for all the information he/she will provide Mediamixx for the guides and catalogues. Mediamixx Group ltd will in no case be responsible for any omissions or printings errors.

XIII. Terms, Condition and Regulation Agreements

The visitor or participant agrees to follow the rules of the hereby regulations, terms, and condition and to follows any other element added later in the Accreditation rules. Mediamixx Group ltd takes the right to refuse any accreditation registration under its own judgment if the visitor or participant didn’t meet the rules, terms and conditions of Mediamixx 08 Eastern Europe Festival and Market. This entry form is subject to the Bulgarian law.
