Hotels

The organizers of the Festival are kindly offering assistance for hotel accommodation at promotional rates. The preliminary requests will be received and confirmed from Bulgarian VIP Travel, as requests done on spot, who have booked contingent for accommodation during the period of the Festival. Please, kindly have in mind the limited number of hotels in Albena, close to the events and the sea.

Reservations and payment conditions

  2. Bank transfers will be made to the Bulgarian VIP Travel Ltd account specified in the payment form.
  3. Preliminary requests for reservations at promotional rates will be submit in time till the 26-th of May 2008 (including).
  4. Requests for reservations after the 26-th of May 2008 will have an additional payment of 3 EUR, per person, per night.
  5. On-line reservations can be applied till 26th May 2008. Reservations and accommodations after 26th May 2008 will be made on spot in the reservations centre in Albena.
  6. The requests will be proceed up to 5 days after their submit.
  7. In case of impossibility for reservation confirmation for the accommodation in the selected hotel, an alternative accommodation will be offered to you. You will be informed for this in the fields for comments on the site of the organizers.
  8. The full amount for the accommodation should be paid within 3 working days. You will receive an e-mail with payment instructions. Non full payments are subject to reservation cancellation.
  9. Bank remittance should be effected at latest till the 30.05.2008
    Kindly mention your transaction number in your Bank transfer in details of payment. You will receive back an E-mail confirming receipt of your payment and your reservation number.
  10. All bank charges are for you account.
  11. Invoices for the paid services for hotel accommodation and vouchers will be issued in the office of Bulgarian VIP Travel until the 30-th of May 2008, after this deadline on spot in the reservations centre in Albena. The expenses for their mailing is on you account.
  12. Penalties
    А) Any cancellation up to the 26-th of May 2008 will be subject to full refund.
    B) Any cancellation after the 26-th of May 2008 will be subject to a charge of one overnight.
    C) If the period of the accommodation has already started and no cancellation has been submitted, the reservation is subject of 100% penalty charge. No refund will be effected in case of partial use of the accommodation.
    D) If there is a "no show" till 00:00 a.m. at the first day of accommodation, the whole reservation will be canceled and the prepaid amount is not refundable. The participant can use a part of his/her reservation which is already paid (for example only two nights of five already paid ones) if he/she send an e-mail or fax in advance.
    E) All bank charges are on you account.
  13. All additional hotel services should be paid on spot at the hotel, as and/or additional payment for early check-in and late check-out.
