The mission of Mediamixx 08 Market is to gather at the professionals and experts from different media sphere. The exhibition enables the professionals to show products or services in the media field.
The media who will attend Mediamixx 08 Eastern Europe Festival and Market belongs to the following fields : TV (producers, distributors, broadcasters, service providers, content providers), IT (digital content business, content producers, content services, network operators and interactive technologies for broadband and mobile, content distribution, computer and Internet technologies), Equipment (linked to the audio visual industry, mobile, information technologies), Web (Solution providers, Web agencies, Web developers, Design developers).
By signing this contract, the Exhibitor agrees on all the conditions set by Mediamixx Group ltd. The exhibitor is compelled to pay all amounts due. In case of cancellation from the Exhibitor part please refer to section VI Termination.
You may come to the market as exhibitor or visitor. Each exhibitor has to pay the participation fee for the stand (see ART3-Prices), to fill and pay the accreditation for his/her representatives. Visitors of Mediamixx 08 Eastern Europe Festival and Market have to fill and pay accreditation.
Standard dimensions are available for the stands: 9 square meters. All the standard stands are supplied with electric power, TV, Internet access (WiFi), table, chairs and security. Additional equipment is available upon request in the Entry Form. Ordering a bigger stand is possible - please contact our Market coordinator for more information. Each additional square meter will be paid. Each exhibitor is in charge of the decoration of his/her stand.
A stand is booked for the entire period and the price for 9m² stand is 1500€.
The price for each additional square meter is 200€.
The deadline to book a stand is Saturday, May 24th 2008.
Standard dimensions are available for the spaces: 9 square meters. All the standard spaces are supplied Internet access (WiFi) and security. Each exhibitor is in charge of the creation and decoration of his/her stand. Additional equipment is available upon request in the Entry Form. Ordering a bigger space is possible - please contact our Market coordinator for more information. Each additional square meter will be paid.
A space is booked for the entire period and the prices for 9m² space is 500€.
The price for each additional square meter is 50€.
The deadline to book a space is Saturday, May 24th 2008.
The exhibitor agrees to create business only within Mediamixx event and premises. For any promotion out of his/her stand, the exhibitor will ask Mediamixx for an authorization. The exhibitor and his/her representative are not allowed to make any third part take advantage from their benefits. Any company who didn’t apply for a stand can’t promote in any way its products and/or services. The exhibitor is responsible for himself, his staff for all the damages caused by himself or his staff to the premises when installing, removing the stand and during the exhibition.
No photographs or video recording will be allowed during the Exhibition without Mediamixx prior written approval. The Exhibitor permits Mediamixx to take and broadcast photographs and video recordings of the exhibition and in particular of the Exhibitor’s exhibit for PR purpose.
By coming to Mediamixx 08 Eastern Europe Festival and Market, the exhibitor agrees to the laws and rules of Mediamixx and Bulgaria.
By signing this contract, the exhibitor agrees to pay the total amount within 8 days. If the exhibitor fails paying the entry fee, the contract shall automatically be cancelled.

Any request of a total or partial booking cancellation shall be made by the Exhibitor before Saturday, May 24th 2008.
If the exhibition is cancelled or stopped in case of force majeure beyond the control of Mediamixx Group ltd, Mediamixx Group ltd will decide to reimburse a part of the amount paid by the exhibitor after deduction of the expenses and costs supported by Mediamixx.
Mediamixx Group ltd is in charge of promoting its market but is not responsible for the performance of the event.
The Exhibitor is in charge of all the customs documents concerning the goods, the equipment he/she will bring to Mediamixx 08 Eastern Europe Festival and Market. Only Mediamixx Group ltd is allowed to produce guides regarding Mediamixx 08 Eastern Europe Festival and Market. Exhibitors will be responsible for all the information they will provide Mediamixx Group ltd for the guides and catalogues. Mediamixx Group ltd will in no case be responsible for any omissions or printings errors
The Exhibitor agrees to follow the rules of the hereby regulations, terms, and condition and to follows any other element added later in the Exhibition rules. Mediamixx Group ltd takes the right to refuse any exhibitor registration under its own judgment if the exhibitor didn’t meet the rules, terms and conditions of Mediamixx 08 Eastern Europe Festival and Market. This entry form is subject to the Bulgarian law.
